Step 1: Request
Call 828-222-0253 or fill out our online form at least 24 hours before you need your ride.
Step 2: Wait for Confirmation
BTT builds the route the evening before the ride.
If we can schedule you, we will text your pickup time by 7:00 PM.
Step 3: No Confirmation = No Ride
If you do not receive a confirmation text by 7:00 PM, your ride is not scheduled. Please try another day.
Ride Limits
Riders may receive up to 3 round trips per month total.

Connection rides receive first priority.
Note on Resident Care settings: Residents of nursing homes, assisted-living facilities, adult-care homes, and family-care homes may request one family, friend, or worship ride per month. BTT does not provide routine errands, shopping, appointments, or recurring transportation for residential-care facilities.
