We collaborate with local organizations to restore independence and social connection:

  • Social Services & Food Security: ABCCM (rent/food), Transformation Village, Meals on Wheels, and Jewish Family Services (Faye’s Place Elder Club).
  • Day Programs & Community Centers: Mountain Aging Partners (Adult Day Services), Harvest House, and Grove Street.
  • Senior Living Communities: Deerfield, Vanderbilt, Givens Gerber Park, and Battery Park Senior Apartments.
  • Faith Communities: Central United Methodist, The Rock Church, The Church At Asheville, and others.

EligibilityBuncombe County residents; Seniors (60+) or Physical Disability.
Service DaysSunday through Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
Monthly Limit3 Round-Trip Credits (Limits reset on the 1st).
One-Way TripsRequesting a one-way trip consumes 1 full credit from the monthly tally.
ConfirmationRides are confirmed by 7:00 PM the night before the trip.
Fixed EventsFunerals or weddings may be requested up to one week in advance.
