After years in hospitality and in roles as a business analyst and project manager, Tobie came to believe that the greatest impact comes from genuine human connection and treating people with dignity.

Better Together Transportation is strengthening our Board of Directors as we grow, adding community voices committed to equitable mobility and local oversight.
We are seeking a Board Secretary.
Ideal candidates:
- Age 25 and up
- Committed to improving neighbors’ wellbeing
- Ready to take responsibility and lead locally
Commitment:
- Attend one meeting per month
- Participate in governance and oversight
- Uphold transparency and accountability
- Follow Robert’s Rules of Order (training provided)
We welcome candidates who want to learn and grow into leadership, including those without long résumés.
